U.S. orders over $125 will receive FREE USPS shipping! 

All shipped orders are provided with tracking information.

SHIPPING FAQ's

SHIPPING DELAYS - Please note, during holiday season, shipping carriers may experience long delays. Packages aren't always scanned in properly, but your package is likely still in transit. If you would like more information about your pack age, please use the tracking number provided to contact the shipping carrier for information.

UNDELIVERABLE - Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. Any packages returned as un-deliverable will be shipped out again at the customer’s expense. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTERED - We are not responsible for refunding/replacing shipments for packages that are tracked as delivered. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred for incorrect address input. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when an incorrect address was provided by the customer. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES - We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office if you have any issues with your package once tracking is marked as "delivered."

LOST/MISDIRECTED BY CARRIER - Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination may be eligible for a refund by filing a claim with the shipping carrier. In the event the shipping carrier does not provide a full refund, please contact our customer service at hello@oliveroseboutique.com. 

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. Please contact Olive Rose Boutique customer service at hello@oliveroseboutique.com if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.


PROCESSING TIME

Fast shipping is our top priority! Most orders are quickly processed and ship out within 1 business day (unless stated otherwise - pre-orders will take longer to ship out), but please allow 3-5 business days for processing due to possible Covid-19 related delays, or volume delays during bigger shopping events. You will receive tracking information once your purchases have shipped!
